Nova Katana
The Nova Katana features a black woven fabric wrap over the hilt, providing an authentic textured feel and secure grip. The wrap is tightly bound over a sculpted hilt core with diamond-pattern texture.
Located near the upper section of the hilt, just below the emitter, is an exposed crystal chamber. A genuine-looking crystal is fully visible, glowing in sync with the blade color when ignited. This open crystal design adds a raw, mechanical, handcrafted element to the saber.
The hilt is finished with polished silver pommel and emitter caps, and includes a fabric cord for optional wrist retention.
The most distinctive feature is the curved blade. Unlike traditional straight saber blades, the Nova Katana features a gently curved polycarbonate blade that mimics the silhouette of a Japanese katana. The curve is preserved during use while maintaining impact resistance for dueling.
The Neopixel LED system produces brilliant illumination along the full length of the curved blade. Full RGB color options are available, and the exposed crystal matches the selected blade color. Multiple sound fonts are included, including profiles with sharper, faster ignition and clash effects suited to curved blade movements.
A recessed USB port is located on the pommel for convenient charging. The curved blade is removable.
