The Helix features a distinctive brushed black aluminum hilt with a vintage, aged finish. The surface exhibits a subtle satin texture with darkened edges, giving the saber a weathered, battle-worn character that evokes a bygone era.

The most striking feature is the illuminated crystal chamber located near the emitter. A genuine-looking crystal is visible through a protective window, glowing in sync with the blade color when ignited. This design adds a mechanical, handcrafted aesthetic to the hilt.

The grip section features deep machined grooves for secure handling while maintaining the vintage aesthetic. The emitter features a clean opening that allows the blade to project cleanly.

The Neopixel LED system produces a brilliant blade with even illumination from tip to hilt. Full RGB color options are available, and the crystal chamber light matches the selected blade color. Multiple sound fonts are included, each with distinct ignition, hum, and clash effects.

A recessed USB port is located on the pommel for convenient charging. The blade is removable and impact-rated for dueling.
